Conservation is Conservative
As we head into Earth Day celebrations this weekend, I want to encourage you - dear reader - to not feel pressured to pursue a preservationist environmental path.
No need to give up your first-world living standards, eliminate meat from your diet, or give up your gas-powered car, for that matter.
You can practice responsible stewardship and help the natural world without heeding the suggestions of climate alarmists.
There’s a way forward.
I discussed a way forward this week at two events: a local Northern Virginia Young Republicans monthly meeting and during a lecture at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.
It’s not enough to repel extremism; we must be proactively positive highlighting true conservation practices—especially voluntary, private ones.
